Shipping Policy

**We are experiencing delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are not responsible for delays caused by the local couriers. It may take up to 6 business days to dispatch orders**


The shipping time consists of two sections - 

  • Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 72 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received. 
  • Shipping Time: The time is taken to arrive at the destination after dispatch from our warehouses. 

We use a high-security checkout procedure on our site to protect both the customer and 5econds. This extends our processing time to 5 days as we fully verify our customers and fulfil orders.

Following this, your package will arrive between 10-20 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.

When you place your order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email confirming your Order # and purchase details. You can cancel your order or make changes to your shipping information the same day you placed your order by midnight. After 6 hours, your order will be processed for stocking, packing and shipping and this normally takes 5-10 business days. When this is completed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you another Shipping Update email with your tracking number. To track your package, simply click on the link provided. Tracking information may not be available for the first couple of days after you receive your Shipping Update email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

If for some reason tracking information is not provided and you do not receive your products within the estimated time frame for that product as provided on the product page please email us at so we can investigate the problem.
