I JUST ORDERED. WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Orders to the United States will generally arrive anywhere from 8-25 days, depending on shipping location. Some products are available in our US warehouse and will arrive within 3-7 days. Others items may ship from overseas warehouses and generally take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Estimated delivery times are included in all product descriptions so customers can know the estimated delivery window.During the holiday season it may take up to an additional week. International orders generally take 3 -5 weeks to arrive but may take up to 8 weeks for certain countries.You will receive an email with tracking information (if available - see below) when your order ships. If you're still not sure, just check the order lookup page or email us. We're happy to clear things up. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at sanskoraofficial@gmail.com.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE ?

Order of different items may ship from different warehouses and/or suppliers so multiple items on the same order generally ship separately and you may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! You will receive a separate email with shipping information if items ship separately.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Confirmation of Order emails are sent for every order so make sure you provide a valid email address at checkout and make sure to check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET I?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. U.S orders will be shipped via USPS (USA ONLY) with tracking numbers. INTERNATIONAL orders will be fulfilled from our oversea fulfillment centers.Please note tracking information may not be available for international orders.

MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK.

We forward tracking information as soon as we receive it. It often takes up to 7 days for the tracking information and the status of the shipment to correctly display on the USPS tracking site. Also note that sometimes the status of your order may not update for several days. This is a function of the USPS tracking system and we have no control over it. So please be patient, your tracking information will eventually update and you will receive your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your products, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product(s) back to the address you received them from. We have multiple warehouses. I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE ?

If you receive a damaged item you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at sanskoraofficial@gmail.com. Photographs and or videos should be emailed to us to verify the damage.Once received and reviewed we will send a replacement.There is no need to return the damaged product unless special circumstances require it.

CANCELLATIONS

Please make sure your address is correct and you are ready to complete your purchase before you buy. Our ordering system is automated and we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled if you change your mind.If you ask for a cancellation and we are unable to cancel you may still return your order for a refund. You must pay for return shipping.We will not be held responsible for orders placed by customer with incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the order is delivered to the wrong address there is nothing we can do and no refund can be made.If the item is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address we will reship the order. Please note we must wait for confirmation of the warehouse return before we will reship your order. If your order originally shipped from an overseas warehouse and not a US based warehouse returns may take 8-12 weeks.
